Description:  The Sansburg Town master plan focuses on the collective integration of all site program elements creating a unified resort experience and image. This includes shared amenities and features, pathways, roads, restaurants, shops, service, landscape and green areas etc. while maintaining exclusive character and image for each hotel and real estate development. Residential areas are connected to each other and the ocean as well as to amenities of the overall devel¬opment by trail systems and open space. The coastal area of the site has been preserved and enhanced as a nature preserve.
