Description: GCH worked closely with the Suquamish Tribe to develop an overall site plan for their new resort hotel located on the scenic Kitsap Peninsula. The site itself is nestled among huge cedar trees with sweeping views of Puget Sound.
The site plan integrates the new building into the surrounding natural environment and several existing adjacent buildings. The program includes an entry court, parking for the facility, a pool, several exterior dining areas, water features, an amphitheater, a covered walkway, a fire pit, trails and outdoor gathering spaces. Ornamental grasses and native plant materials were utilized throughout the design.
