water features, event spaces, restoration of native
vegetation, re-establishment of migratory trails

Size: 18 Hectares

Description: Hilton Worldwide introduced GCH
to the Owners of Crocodile Bay Eco-Resort
on Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula to provide site
planning and landscape architecture for this
adjacent Hilton “Curio” property. GCH worked
closely with the Owner, Hilton’s Executive Design
Review Committee, and a global consultant team
on this, the first ground up designed Curio brand
hotel. Landscape improvements were designed to
seamlessly integrate the property into the lush and
diverse vegetated forest character of this region as
well as protecting and expanding habitat for one of
the most diverse bird and mammal habitat regions
on earth.
