Description: The long range vision for Nanli is the creation of a destination resort and regional tourism hub. The resort is anchored by a marina and entertainment/commercial/retail core surrounded by various recreational/leisure amenities and residential communities. There is an open space and trail network linking all parts of the community together and providing access to the several parks and places along the waterfront. Careful site analysis and integration of development within the lakefront topography was critical in preserving the natural shoreline and character of the site.
